MATH TUTORING:

Mr. Bacco: Mondays and Wednesdays

Mrs. Bost: Tuesdays and Thursdays until 4:15; Algebra and Geometry

Mrs. Ruoff:Tuesdays and Thursdays


HW Club is now available for students on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. It begins right after school until 4:15. Students who choose to stay must have permission, remain the full hour, and have a ride waiting for them at 4:15. Students will not be dismissed early.


St Vincent's is offering a free tutoring program.

YEARBOOK: Students were given yearbook forms in homeroom. Parents may also download the form. Order a yearbook before November 4, and the cost is $30 dollars. After Nov. 4, the price will be $35 dollars. Yearbooks can only be ordered from now until the end of January.

The Reality Tour Program: CANDLE, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit organization that has developed the innovative parent&child drug prevention program called the Reality Tour. This is an evening program for children age 10+ who must be accompanied by a parent. The 3 hour interactive program gives families the tools needed to reduce the risk of substance abuse. This award winning program has been recognized locally, nationally, and internationally.

School Policies and Guidelines

CELL PHONE POLICY:
Cell phones, pagers, cameras, and other electronic devices are not to be used or on display at any time during the school day--7:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Students found using any of these devices will have them confiscated. Having a cell phone "on" even in vibrate mode is considered use. For students in violation of this policy the cell phone, pager, or other electronic device will be confiscated and a parent/guardian must pick up the phone at the school. For a second offense, the device will be kept for 5 calendar days. For the third offense, the device will be confiscated for 10 calendar days and a day of in-school suspension will be assigned.

BUS GUIDELINES:
Permission to ride home on a different bus is given only in the case of an extreme emergency and approved by the Principal.

EARLY DISMISSAL POLICY:
When it is necessary for your child to have an early dismissal, please send a written note to school with the student. Students should drop off the early dismissal note in the office as soon as they arrive in the morning. Please include the following information on dismissal notice: First and last name of your child, date, homeroom teacher, and the time to be dismissed. Parents must come into the school to sign their child out for dismissal.


STUDENT LUNCH ACCOUNTS:
Student lunch accounts must be current. Students need to have money in their account in order to purchase a lunch.
