    January 30 - Complete guided reading on the duties of Supreme Court Justices; go over.
    February 1 - Test - Chapter 11; unit homework due
    February 2 - Outline how a case gets to the Supreme Court
    February 3 - Explain the steps the Supreme Courts uses to decide a case; return test papers

    February 6 - Complete a guided reading - How does the Supreme Court make policy?; go over.
    February 7 - Explain the factors that influence the decisions of Supreme Court Justices
    February 8 - Video - Your first amendment rights.
    February 9 - Analyze how the Supreme Court has interpreted the Freedom of Religion
    February 10 - Analyze how the Supreme Court has interpreted the Freedom of Speech

    February 13 - Complete Freedom of Speech case activity.
    February 14 - Analyze how the Supreme Court has interpreted the Freedoms of Press and Assembly
    February 15 - Analyze the rights of the accused - amendments 4,5,6,7,8; review for test
    February 16 - Test; unit homework due
