    CAD 1
    Tuesday-Friday: Continue CAD drawings in 2D, using basic commands such as line, and circle. Also, basic CAD functions, such as zoom, save and print, as well as new functions, fillet, copy/paste, and chamfer, tangent, and offset. Continue working on and finish drawings in the Auto Cad book. New set of drawings including 419-26, 594-7, 605-25, 413-14, and 412-12 will be due Friday.

    Architectural Design

    Tuesday-Friday: Students will complete web quests on various home construction systems including, electrical, plumbing, framing, and roofing. These webquests will be followed by discussion concerning these topics in residential home construction and their importance in drawing these homes and plans.


    Engineering Design

    Tuesday-Friday: Groups should be building their alternative energy sources. Students will have class time to complete this project as well as whatever resources are available here. Any other resources/materials will be supplied by the students. Students should have their projects built and began testing by Friday.
