CAD 1

Monday: Wednesday: Continue CAD drawings in 2D, using basic commands such as line, and circle. Also, basic CAD functions, such as zoom, save and print. Continue working on and finish drawings in the AutoCAD book. These are on page 112 and 113 #'s 8,9,10,11. These 4 drawings will be due at the close of class on Tuesday.

Thursday: Review for CAD functions QUIZ, including Line, mirror, object snaps, polar tracking, etc.

Friday: Quiz


Architectural Design

Monday-Wednesday: Identify foundation construction techniques and concepts. Identify and describe wall framing techniques and styles. As well as insulation and energy efficiency.

Thursday: Review foundation, wall, and roof construction and prepare for quiz.

Friday: Quiz

Engineering Design

Monday-Tuesday: Rube Goldberg brainstorming and material collection

Thursday-Friday: Begin Rube Goldberg contraption construction.
