Weight Training 9th -10th Grade
Per. 1, 4,

Students will be working on required individual weight training programs.
Required lifts are: Upper Body:Bench Press, Lat Pull Down, Shoulder Press, Curls. Lower Body: Leg Press or Squats, Leg Extensions, Leg Curls, Calf Raises.
Students will alternate upper and lower body workouts
Students must record progress and show improvement.
Maximum Lifts will be performed one time per month.
Students participation and folders will be evaluated daily.

Students will be working on their individual weight training programs.
Students must record progress daily and show improvement.
Students participation and folders will be evaluated daily.

Per. 5, 7, 8

Capture the Flag

Students will be playing coed Capture the Flag in the wrestling room. Students will be divided into 5 coed teams and will be playing a round robin tournament. Students will demonstrate teamwork and sportsmanship. Students are to put on colored vests before lining up for roll call. All vest are to be put into basket before students are excused.

Students will getting their height and weight and body measurements.
Students will be getting their max weight on Bench Press ,Lat Bar, Shoulder Press, Leg Press, Curls
Students will be creating their own individual weight lifting program.
