Weight Training 9th -10th Grade
Per. 1, 4,
Students will be working on required individual weight training programs.
Students will be in 5 groups. Each group will be lifting a certain body part. Body parts are: Biceps, Triceps/shoulders, Chest, Ab's and Legs,
Each day students will switch body parts. Groups and body parts will be posted on bulletin board daily.
Students must record progress and show improvement.
Maximum Lifts will be performed one time per month.
Students participation and folders will be evaluated daily.

Per. 2,
Students will be working on their individual weight training programs.
Students must record progress daily and show improvement.
Students participation and folders will be evaluated daily.
9th and 10th grade Wiffleball
Per. 5,7,
Students will be playing Wiffleball in the gym.
Students will be demonstrate teamwork and sportsmanship.
Per. 8 Fitness unit
Wed. Students will be running 4, 400 meter runs under 2:00 min.
Thrus. Students will be running 2, 800 meter runs under 4:00 min.
Friday Students will be running a mile run under 8:00 min.
* Some students will have different time requirements.
